1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. To use certain features, you may be required to connect a digital wallet and create an account. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and any activity associated with it.
2. Platform Description
TenPen is a decentralized platform allowing users to: Mint original written works (stories, poems, books) as NFTs, List and sell literary NFTs via our marketplace, Earn royalties via smart contracts on resales, Participate in platform governance via TPN token and DAO proposals
3. Intellectual Property
Creators retain full rights to their original content. By minting content on TenPen, creators grant us a limited license to display their work for marketplace visibility and promotion. TenPen does not claim ownership over your writing, only over our branding, codebase, and marketplace infrastructure.
4. Royalties & Payments
All royalties are enforced through smart contracts. TenPen takes a small service fee on primary and secondary sales to support platform development and sustainability. Users are responsible for blockchain transaction (gas) fees.
5. Prohibited Uses
Users agree not to: Upload plagiarized, harmful, or unlawful content, Manipulate sales or exploit vulnerabilities in the system, Harass other community members or abuse DAO governance features
6. Community & DAO Participation
TPN token holders may vote on proposals, funding decisions, and platform upgrades. Participating in DAO governance requires compliance with both community guidelines and relevant regulations.
7. Disclaimer
TenPen is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, price stability, or immunity from bugs. Content on the platform is user-generated and does not represent the views of TenPen.
